OUR CURRENT PROJECTS

While globoid worm gears are our expertise, our engineers are also very capable with planetary gears, including spur, helical, rack and pinions, and more. EasternGear innovates by combining different gears to create a powerful transmission drive to provide the best output and efficiency for our customers' requirements.

As you may have read in one of our previous newsletters, EasternGear has been gearing up to not only replace already existing reducers in the rapidly growing robot market but also to position ourselves in the new robot markets of high-output and heavy-duty market.

We have been working closely with 'P Company' * to upgrade and newly design the already existing slew drives for solar panels to track the exact movements of the sun's trajectory. 'P Company' is a leading solar panel company in South Korea, exporting and installing solar farms from the US to Japan.

'H Company' *, a global automotive parts manufacturing company with a branch in robotics for future mobility and accessibility. We have partnered with them to design and manufacture a gearbox that can uphold a payload of up to 3 tons.

Teaming up with a field robot manufacturer, 'M Company' we have been conducting R&D and testing to build an AMR for factory-floor usage while finding innovative ways to implement our globoid worm gears.
